The New Haven County Court Minorities Collection is an artificial collection consisting of cases involving primarily African-descended, African American, Black, and Native American individuals from the Files and Papers by Subject series of New Haven County Court records. All original physical records have been retired and photocopies or placeholders with brief descriptions of the cases have been inserted in the folders where the originals were once located. No transcriptions of these documents exist at present (2021).
