David Blachly and several other people attended a meeting and preaching that breached a law relating to ecclesiastical affairs "where in it is provided among other things that their shall be no meeting or church adminstration entertained or attended by the Inhabitants of every town or plantation in this colony disntict and separate from and in oposition to that which is openly and publicly observed and dispenced by the approved minister or minsters of the place acept it be/by the aprobation of the general assembly of this colony"
