Formerly owned by New York Central Railroad as locomotive 4577; built in 1950-1951 by the St. Louis Car Company. Converted at the Harmon, New York, shop to haul stores and parts between Harmon and Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Freight doors were installed on both sides and all seats removed. Operated on the rear of late-night MUTs. Photograph taken at Harmon, New York
