To assist the staff of the Connecticut Digital Archive to initially configure the group site for your organization, please take a few moments to answer the following questions and upload your logo(s) and/or wordmark(s) which will be used to setup the template for your organization. 

Included below is a outline of the elements on a group site which can be customized which are referenced in the CTDA Group Site Information form.
